The Credit Ombudsman Service (COSL) is pleased to announce the highlights of its Annual Report on Operations 2010 - 2011.

The Annual Report on Operations is intended to provide COSL's key stakeholders with a detailed update of its operations, achievements, and work over the past year.

In the last twelve months, COSL was contacted almost 16,000 times and received about 2,000 new complaints. One out of every three complaints received related to applications for financial hardship relief.
