Summary of the complaint:







We do not consider that the FSP is the appropriate respondent to the complaint. We are unable to consider a complaint where the financial services provider is not a member of ours at the time that the complaint was made. The consumer lease provider was not a member of ours at the time the consumer registered her complaint with CIO.
