Summary of the complaint:

The FSP took reasonable steps to ensure that the information it collected and disclosed about the consumer was accurate, up to date and complete.  It is more appropriate that the consumer raise his claim of fraud with the relevant credit providers directly.

This Determination affirms the position set out in our Review dated 30 August 2017.
