Summary of the complaint:

    • The consumer obtained advice and a personal loan from a credit representative of the FSP
    • The consumer claimed the FSP was responsible for Mr MB’s conduct
    • We found that the FSP was not responsible for Mr MB’s conduct. Further, we were unable to consider a complaint against Mr MB personally as he is not a member of CIO.
