Summary of Determination

I find that:

(a) the consumer’s complaint is about the cost of debt negotiation services she paid to Company A,

(b) Company A is not a member of the Credit and Investments Ombudsman scheme, and
(c) as a result, I am unable to deal with this complaint further.
