I find that the consumers’ claims that:

a)    the FSP has not supplied any documentation to support its policy that the requisite loan to value ratio (LVR) was 70%, and

b)    the location of the security property should not be a determining factor as to whether a premium is payable

have not been established.

This Determination affirms the position set out in our Review dated 15 November 2016.
