Summary of Determination

I find that the  FSP:
  • is not required to provide financial hardship assistance to the consumer,

  • is entitled to retain possession of the property notwithstanding the fact that in taking possession it did not comply with our Rules, and
  • is not required to pay any further compensation to the consumer..
