The consumer’s complaint relates to fees in the sum of approximately $10,000 that he was charged by the FSP in relation to credit repair services.
The consumer claimed that the FSP:
We found in the consumers’ favour for all three claims.
As a result, we recommended that the FSP waive the outstanding fees owed by the consumer and discontinue the legal proceedings commenced against him.
This recommendation was accepted and the complaint was closed.
