Summary of the complaint:









The consumer raised many issues about the FSP, primarily, the failure to provide hardship and repossession of the vehicle.  It was found that the consumer’s situation was not temporary and that the court would be the more appropriate forum to deal with the consumer’s concerns about Orders that the FSP had obtained for possession of the vehicle
