Summary of Determination

  1. I find that the consumer is not entitled to the amounts that she has claimed over and above the amount that the FSP has offered to pay in resolution of her complaint.
  2. This Determination affirms the position set out in our Review dated 16 March 2016. I do not propose to restate that analysis but instead adopt it for the purposes of this Determination. A copy of the Review is attached.
  3. To resolve the complaint, I find that the FSP should pay the consumer the sum of $432.98 as compensation for this complaint.
