Financial Hardship

Are you experiencing financial difficulty or hardship?

If you’re finding it difficult to meet your repayments or if you have received a default notice from your lender, you should contact your lender as soon as possible to discuss your situation. You should also seek advice from a financial counsellor or a community legal centre. To assist us in reviewing your hardship complaint, please complete and return our Financial Hardship Questionnaire [PDF], which will help give us an indication of your financial position.

For more information, please refer to our Financial Hardship Information Brochure [PDF].
