On1 November 2018, the Credit & Investments Ombudsman (CIO) was replaced by the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

AFCA deals with all new financial services complaints from this date, and manages any ongoing complaints previously lodged with CIO.



The CIO online complaint form is no longer in use.
